This service includes: Shampoo x2 10-minute steam sessions with treatments Rinse Application of moisturising products and heat protectant Blow dry Trim Straightening hair (small sections) and styling *Please note silk presses can last up to 2 weeks, but every hair texture varies* Additional services will incur a charge

Política de cancelación

We understand that there are times when you may have to miss your booked appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to reschedule your appointment you may be preventing another client from getting a hair service. Conversely, a situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you in for an appointment, due to seemingly fully booked. If an appointment is not rescheduled 48 hours in advance you will lose your deposit. All deposits are non refundable Scheduled appointments: We understand that delays may happen however we must try to keep the other clients on time. If a client is 20 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.
